The problem

Generic persona prompts can sound confident while inventing an identity the owner never endorsed.
Public methodology and private owner knowledge need separate homes so personal ledgers are not copied into a reusable skill.
The approach
How I directed the work.
Harvested a draft from owner-named writing first, then used the interview as a correction layer rather than opening with a blank questionnaire.
Separated core identity from optional capability modules and calibrated unclear choices patiently across turns.
Kept the public skill generic while owner-specific persona files remain wherever the owner chooses to store them.
