A self-hosted control plane for work delegated to AI agents.
The problem
What the system needed to solve.
Agent-assisted development becomes difficult to trust when conversations, code changes, review, and task state live in separate tools.
The product needed a local, durable way to connect intent, execution, evidence, and human approval without bundling a model or hiding what the agents changed.
The approach
How I directed the work.
Defined two paths into durable work: hands-on Chat and delegated Alpha orchestration, both feeding reviewable tasks and recipes.
Directed agent implementation through written specifications, acceptance criteria, behavior checks, and iterative diff review.
Kept completion claims tied to observable behavior so a finished task means more than generated code.

Measured or shipped
- Public Python, FastAPI, SQLite, React, and TypeScript repository under active development.
- Published releases through v1.0.2, with release state linked from the live activity ledger.
- Public changes on 25-26 July 2026 include Workflows and Design Studio interface refinements.
