Masterplan
A planning workflow that makes product decisions visible before agents build.

The problem
What the system needed to solve.
Coding agents can produce convincing output while silently making product decisions that should belong to the owner.
Loose prompts do not provide a stable reference for scope, trade-offs, acceptance, or later review.
The approach
How I directed the work.
Separated discovery, specification, implementation planning, and review into six explicit phases.
Added three review gates so the owner can correct direction before expensive assumptions spread through the build.
Designed the output as one durable package that another coding agent can execute without reconstructing the original conversation.
Delivered and owned
What was built, and what I owned.
Measured or shipped
- Six-phase workflow from rough idea to execution package.
- Three explicit human review gates.
- Public repository that can be installed and reused by other agents.
Owned surface
- Domain and phase design
- Artifact and handoff structure
- Review-gate behavior
- Documentation and public packaging
